In October 2015, Ferrari introduced the exclusive F12tdf, a model designed for track enthusiasts and discerning drivers. A total of only 799 units were made between 2016 and 2017. This is the only modern Ferrari to carry the “tdf” title, a reference to the historic 250 GT TDF and the legendary Tour de France grand touring race.
Powered by a 6.3-liter V12 engine similar to that of the standard F12 but enhanced to produce 770hp, the F12tdf incorporates a significant amount of carbon fiber and Alcantara. This has allowed it to shed 110kg in weight. Consequently, the vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and can reach a top speed exceeding 211 mph. Additionally, it can complete a lap at Fiorano two seconds faster than the regular version.
This 2016 Ferrari F12tdf, now for sale via Sotheby’s Motorsport, comes in a solid Rosso Corsa paint without any stripes and features a range of high-end options. These include an Adaptive Frontlight System, Alcantara boot carpet, red brake calipers, and carbon fiber components such as the engine covers, headlight buckets, parcel shelf, and rear bench trim.
This model features attractive Rosso Ferrari interior details, a Ferrari Telemetry system to monitor on-track performance, as well as various premium elements such as a Sport Exhaust System and 20″ dark-painted forged wheels.
This F12tdf has under 1,300 miles on the clock and comes with a comprehensive Ferrari 101-Point Checklist, service history, a clear Carfax report, and a clean title, making it a perfect option for track enthusiasts.
