Pagani had previously announced its intention to release an extended version of the Huayra called the “Longtail” earlier this year. The founder, Horacio Pagani, has now unveiled the Huayra Codalunga, the latest addition to his collection.
The Codalunga, also known as the “Longtail,” is a modified version of the standard Huayra. With a 360 mm extension to the rear, this supercar draws inspiration from the Le Mans race cars of the 1960s.
The front bumper and rear fascia of the vehicle have been updated, while the tail lamp clusters now consist of three circular lamps arranged in an arc for a fresh look.
Beneath the surface, the Huayra Codalunga utilizes the same 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 engine found in the regular Huayra coupe. Delivering 827 hp and 811 lb-ft of torque, this powerhouse is mated to a 7-speed sequential gearbox. Unfortunately, Pagani has chosen to keep the performance figures under wraps.
The Pagani Huayra Codalunga is an ultra-exclusive model with all five units already being sold for a hefty price of €7 million each!
