During its captivating visit to the vibrant Saudi capital, the W16 Mistral made its first appearance in the King Abdullah Financial District. This area is characterized by tall buildings arranged around a natural green riverbed known as a ‘wadi’. The setting beautifully reflects the ethos of the W16 Mistral, blending elements of the past with a glimpse into the future. The innovative ‘X’-shaped taillights offer a sneak peek into the upcoming Bugatti design language, while the interior, designed in a striking black and yellow theme, pays tribute to the signature colors of Bugatti’s founder, Ettore Bugatti.
Transitioning from the bustling cityscape to the sophisticated ambiance of the Ritz Carlton Riyadh, the W16 Mistral effortlessly embraced the diverse facets of the city. The hotel’s ochre-colored facades and lush gardens, adorned with ancient olive trees sourced from Lebanon, served as a picturesque setting reminiscent of opulent Arabian residences, perfectly complementing the timeless beauty of the W16 Mistral. This luxurious roadster introduces a fresh perspective on Bugatti design, featuring a wider, deeper, and more sculptural horseshoe grille, along with a reimagined open-air Bugatti C-line that seamlessly blends with the side air intake. This redesigned C-line now extends to the top edge of the side windows, creating a dynamic three-dimensional effect that flows across the windshield.
