Graham Duffy, a 56-year-old toolmaker and precision engineer, proudly showcases his stunning creation – a custom-made green machine that never fails to catch the eye of onlookers.
The hot rod, equipped with a robust 5.7-liter, 230-horsepower engine, emanates a distinct sound and boasts a striking appearance that demands attention from all who pass by.
After experiencing a health scare, Duffy seized the opportunity to bring his long-awaited hot rod dream to life. He embarked on this project by acquiring a classic 1929 Ford Model A body from an online hot-rod forum.
Teaming up with Jerry Denning from Bristol Hotrods, Graham saw his vision take shape. While Jerry handled the construction of the custom chassis and assembly of the vehicle, Graham contributed by designing unique components and overseeing the project’s progress.
Despite parting ways with his beloved Corvettes to fund this endeavor, Duffy has no regrets. He views his transformed 1929 Ford A Model as a truly distinctive and individual piece of automotive art.
