In March 2014, Koenigsegg unveiled the One:1 at the Geneva Motor Show. This car was part of one of the most exclusive production car programs ever in the industry. The name “One:1” refers to the car’s ability to generate one megawatt of power, making it the first homologated production car with that much power. The power-to-weight ratio is an impressive 1:1, achieved through the redesign of the turbocharger to produce 1360 bhp.
To further enhance the One:1’s performance, Koenigsegg used a lighter-grade carbon fiber for the chassis. Only 7 cars were produced in this limited series, including a prototype. Prior to its debut at the Geneva Motor Show, all six customer versions were already sold.
The One:1 raised the performance bar by introducing new and unique solutions that improved track performance without compromising top speed or everyday usability. It also boasts a stunning visual appearance.
