The Roofless Lamborghini Veneno Roadster Stuns The Road

Sometimes, when Lamborghini decides to surprise with ultimately unique characteristics on vehicles, they never disappoint. The Lamborghini Veneno Roadster that came around in 2013 is a testimony to this statement.

This car draws its energies from the Aventador LP700-4 engine that has been given a good dose of more energy from the pushrod suspension as well as an all-time all-wheel drive and seven-speed ISR paddle-shift gearbox. The Lamborghini Veneno Roadster clocks 3.0 secs from 0-60 mph and if you accelerate daringly enough will hit the top speed of 221 mph, which 4 mph above the Aventador.

It tilts the weighing scale at a dry weight of 1490 kg. It is still able to produce 740 horsepower. A particular concern was given t make the wheels better for brake cooling with the carbon fiber ring being fixed around the edge, well harnessed to channel cool air to the carbon-ceramic discs.

Quite tellingly a lot of carbon fiber has been used overall on the Veneno. At the princely sum of $4.5 million and having done only nine pieces, the Veneno had the reasons to feel as extravagant as it does.

This hypercar temporarily held the tag of the most expensive car in its segment but has been dislodged by overtime. Nevertheless, it is still massively special in several ways and it is worth a celebration.
