The new machine has 34 mm more ground clearance than the regular Focus hatchback and with this, the Focus can firmly compare to the Subaru Outback and the Subaru XV. The Ford Active draws its energy from a 1.5-liter EcoBoost three-cylinder turbo engine used in quite a wide range of Ford brands.
It delivers 134 kW and 240 Nm. It rides on an eight-speed automatic transmission and drives exclusively on the front wheels.
