Jaguar is set to unveil the production version of the I-Pace concept at the Geneva Motor Show in March. Ahead of its debut next month, Jaguar has shared new photos of the electric SUV undergoing testing in freezing cold conditions.
The images demonstrate that the Jaguar I-Pace has endured testing in subzero temperatures as low as -40°F at the Jaguar Land Rover cold weather test facility in Arjeplog, Sweden.
Jaguar’s Vehicle Line Director Ian Hoban stated, “The I-Pace not only charges quickly for our customers’ daily needs but also delivers strong and precise performance across various conditions and climates. With the versatile traits of our acclaimed Pace family, this electric performance SUV will stand out uniquely.”
Jaguar has revealed that the I-Pace’s battery can achieve an 80% charge in 45 minutes using a 100kW DC fast charger. The driving range on a full charge is yet to be disclosed by Jaguar.
The official debut of the Jaguar I-Pace is scheduled for March 1.
