The Corvette E-Ray is equipped with a 6.2-liter V8 engine along with an electric motor on the front axle, delivering a total output of 665 HP. The engine alone produces 495 HP and 470 lb-ft of torque. It boasts an impressive acceleration of 0-60 mph in just 2.5 seconds and a claimed quarter-mile time of 10.5 seconds. Additionally, the E-Ray features an all-electric mode that can reach speeds up to 45 mph, dubbed as the Stealth Mode by Chevrolet.

In a surprising turn of events, the Corvette E-Ray outperformed its factory specifications in the race. It completed the 1/4 mile in 10.4 seconds with a top speed of 129 mph, surpassing both Italian supercars. Despite a quicker start from the hybrid model, the track-tuned E-Ray emerged as the overall faster contender, leaving the Ferrari F8 with a 10.5-second time and the Huracan Evo with an 11.1-second best time.

For enhanced comfort, the E-Ray comes equipped with the Magnetic Ride Control 4.0 suspension system and is fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport all-season tires, with Pilot Sport 4S summer tires available as an option.
Chevrolet offers buyers a choice of 14 paint options for the E-Ray, including exclusive colors like Riptide Blue, Seawolf Gray, and Cacti. Pricing for the 1LZ coupe starts at US$104,295, while the convertible variant is priced at US$111,295.
