The 2023 Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato is a limited-edition all-terrain model that serves as a farewell to Lamborghini’s mid-engined supercar and its V10 powerplant. The name “Sterrato” translates to “dirt road” in English, highlighting the unique off-road capabilities of this performance vehicle. Only 1,499 units of the Sterrato have been produced for the global market, and all of them have already been sold.
The Sterrato is essentially based on the Huracán Evo model and carries a 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine that generates 631 horsepower. This power output matches that of the track-focused Huracán STO but is instead designed for off-road terrains. It can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.4 seconds, with a top speed limited to 162 mph due to the use of all-terrain tires.
The Sterrato comes with a range of modifications compared to the standard Huracán. It features a 44mm higher suspension, 25% softer springs, increased suspension travel, wider track, longer wheelbase, adjustments to the 4WD system, rugged plastic exterior cladding, roof bars, rally-spec LED lighting, and Bridgestone Dueller run-flat tires. Inside the car, changes include the addition of a switch for spotlights, a new Rally calibration on the driving-mode selector, and an inclinometer, compass, and steering angle indicator.
