The 2021 Aston Martin V12 Speedster, designed by Aston Martin’s bespoke customization service ‘Q by Aston Martin’, embodies a raw driving experience and takes cues from the brand’s racing history and aeronautical design principles. It is built on Aston Martin’s advanced bonded aluminum architecture, incorporating elements from the DBS Superleggera and Vantage model lines.
Inspired by the classic 1953 DB3S and 1959 DBR1, the V12 Speedster features a prominent front grille, fender louvres, and an integrated spoiler formed by the tail lights. Equipped with forged 21-inch center-lock wheels, it is powered by a 5.2-liter V12 engine, delivering an impressive 700 horsepower and 555 lb-ft of torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds.
Now, Collecting Cars is providing you with the chance to acquire an Aston Martin V12 Speedster with only 110km (68 miles) on the clock. This particular model is number 68 out of the limited production run of 88 units and is the only one that came with the exclusive Heritage Aston Racing Green finish.
Specified with the DBR1 specification when new, this example features upgrades reminiscent of the iconic DBR1 racer, such as Clubsport White roundels, a satin silver grille, and 21-inch diamond-cut wheels equipped with carbon-ceramic brake discs.
Inside the open cockpit, Conker saddle leather and Viridian Green technical textile adorn the trim, complemented by aluminum switchgear, extensive carbon-fiber accents, and bespoke Aston Martin helmets nestled within the glass buttresses. Additionally, it boasts a tailor-made stainless-steel exhaust system and features double wishbone front suspension, a multi-link rear system with coil springs, and adaptive dampers with Sport, Sport+, and Track settings.
