Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Lamborghini, has confirmed that the brand will launch three new models this year. These include two versions of the Huracan and the Urus facelift.
The first new version of the Huracan (codenamed: Tecnica) is expected to be unveiled in April 2022.
Now, we have heard a few rumors about this upcoming supercar. According to our sources, the Tecnica is likely to be a toned-down version of the Huracan STO. It will be rear-wheel drive only and is likely to be powered by the same 640 hp 5.2-liter V10 engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
We’ve been told that the Huracan Tecnica may get a small rear spoiler, while on the inside, it could get an upgraded infotainment system featuring a touchscreen. Furthermore, the new model is likely to be produced for a certain period before phasing it out.
The second Huracan version is expected to be revealed by the end of this year. It will be the final iteration of the Huracan and will be produced in limited numbers.
