The Bugatti brand is renowned for its blend of artistry, elegance, engineering excellence, and top-tier performance. These values are at the core of every Bugatti model, from the innovative Type 10 to the 2022 W16 Mistral, the ultimate roadster. The Chantilly Arts & Elegance Richard Mille event near Paris in September provided a fitting showcase for some of Bugatti’s most coveted creations.
Bugatti has been a significant participant in the Chantilly Arts & Elegance Richard Mille event since its inception in 2014. The event is held in the park adjoining the exquisite Château de Chantilly, located just 45 km (28 miles) north of Paris. The Château is considered a cultural gem of France. Each year, this prestigious gathering celebrates the best things in life, showcasing excellence in automotive, art, luxury, fine dining, and high fashion. The event, which took place over the weekend of September 23rd to 25th, attracted around 16,000 visitors.
Throughout the weekend, three automotive competitions were hosted for exceptional vehicles – the Concours d’Elegance, the Concours d’Etat, and the Grand Prix des Clubs. Bugatti had a strong presence in each category. The Chantilly Arts & Elegance Richard Mille event marked the European debut of the stunning Mistral W16 by Bugatti. The vehicle also participated in the Sunday Chantilly Concours d’Elegance. The Mistral W16, named after a unique wind in southern France that signifies the changing seasons, boasts an impressive 1,600 PS W16 quad-turbo engine. This ultimate roadster exudes unmatched power, elegance, and represents the pinnacle of automotive luxury.
