The big and mid-size SUV categories are increasingly becoming attractive and automakers are furnishing us with some great machines to fill this class. Cadillac is eyeing this class with Cadillac XT6 that has vivid elements of the the GMC Acadia and the smaller Cadillac XT5.

The mid-size XT6 is spacious and family-friendly. Among Cadillac’s unique styling found in this series are a front end that is inspired by the Cadillac Escala concept along with upscale trim and different lighting elements.

On the interior, the Cadillac offers both seven- and eight-seat layouts with either a second-row, three-seat bench or captain’s chairs; all XT6s come with a spacious third row with space for three riders.
Competitors in this category include the Audi Q7 or the BMW X5—three-row SUVs, vehicles that have vivid beauty and outstanding personalities too.

It’s powered by the familiar 3.6-liter V6 engine rated at 310 horsepower, comes with a nine-speed automatic and is available in front- or all-wheel drive. It is also poised to come along with more luxury appointments and safety tech such as adaptive cruise control, automatic parking assist, night vision and more.

Regardless of what trim you choose, the XT6 certainly looks like one cute puppy; 20-inch wheels are standard and massive 21-inches are optional on the Sport mode. General Motors has its eyes on several products set for the short and long term. Agreeably, with the likes of the Caddy XT6, we can confidently anticipate good tidings.
