The RENNtech R3 package for the AMG GT Black Series includes upgrades such as an ECU enhancement, stainless steel downpipes, BOV adapters, BMC air filters, Stage-2 turbo upgrade, as well as an enhanced performance clutch and TCU upgrade. Additionally, the package also comes with a set of Track Series forged wheels.
The standard Black Series is equipped with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine generating 720 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. With the RENNtech upgrade, the power output skyrockets to an impressive 1066 hp and 831 lb-ft! For those seeking a more moderate enhancement, RENNtech offers an ECU upgrade for $4,480, providing a boost of over 99 hp and 95 lb-ft.
Featuring a distinctive aero package with a low front splitter, fender louvres, and a 2-piece rear spoiler with an electronically adjustable flap, the Black Series showcases unique exterior elements. However, there are no reported modifications to the interior by the tuner.
