Many critics initially viewed the BMW X6 as more of a Sports Activity Vehicle rather than a true SUV, and they had a valid point.
The BMW X6 departed from the typical features that define a utility vehicle and leaned more towards a sportier, aesthetically pleasing car. The focus was on refining the vehicle’s character and overall user experience.
Now in its third generation, the BMW X6 stands as a pioneer in its class, inspiring competitors to introduce similar models with comparable functionalities.
The 2020 version of the X6 introduces a refreshed design, with noticeable size upgrades. It is now an inch longer and 0.6 inches wider compared to its predecessor.
One striking update is the illuminated kidney grille, giving the car a modern touch. The taillights have also been elongated, maintaining the sleek roofline characteristic of BMW’s design language.
The new X6 is available in different trims such as the sDrive40i and xDrive40i, each offering distinct features. The interior has been revamped with upgraded materials while preserving the sleek aesthetics from the X5 model. Additionally, the Live Cockpit Professional system adds a desirable update to the interior technology.
