The new Chevrolet Blazer is a mid-sized SUV with two engine options. The standard model features a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, while the optional choice is a 3.6-liter V-6, similar to the one used in the Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck.
Both engines are paired with a new nine-speed automatic transmission and a power takeoff feature to enable all-wheel drive functionality.
The all-wheel drive system is available in four trims: Sport, All-Weather, Touring, and Normal. The 2.5-liter engine delivers 193 horsepower, while the 3.6-liter V-6 produces 305 hp.
The Blazer offers ample space, with up to 64.2 cubic feet of cargo room behind the front seats. Some models will include features like a panoramic twin-pane glass roof, hands-free power tailgate, and an electronic locking glove box.
Visually, the Chevy Blazer boasts a sleek and stylish design with distinctive wavy lines and LED lighting on the front. The blackout trim gives it a modern look, complemented by a floating roof design on the rear pillars.
All models come equipped with wireless smartphone charging, USB ports, an 8.0-inch touchscreen for infotainment, and support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Inspired by the performance of pickup trucks, the Chevy Blazer is poised to make a mark in the market with its innovative features and capabilities.
