# Vintage 1984 Ferrari 288 GTO Overview
In 1984, Ferrari introduced a unique street-legal car, the 288 GTO, which seamlessly combined stunning beauty with exceptional performance. The car, developed alongside the Testarossa, inherited its name, GTO, from Ferrari’s revered Gran Turismo Omologata lineage.
