I’ve admired the Audi RS6 for quite some time now. From the previous C7 generation to the current C8 model, I admire its ability to combine supercar performance with seating for five and ample luggage space. I had the opportunity to drive a tuned C7 model with 800 hp. Despite being eight years old at the time, it still felt incredibly powerful and responsive. Personally, I have a soft spot for the C6 with the 5-Liter V10 engine, reminiscent of a four-door Lamborghini Gallardo estate version, but that’s just my preference.

The latest addition to the Audi RS6 lineup is the 2025 RS6 Avant GT edition. This limited-edition model, with only 660 units worldwide, including 85 for the US market, is inspired by the Audi RS6 but features a distinctive race car design. The GT edition pays homage to the late 80s Audi 90 quattro IMSA GTO racecar with its white body, red and grey accents, and white wheels.

For those who prefer a more modern look, Audi also offers the RS6 Avant GT in black and grey. The black variant features a striking stripe design that extends from the rear door to the roof.

The Audi RS6 Avant GT is available in black and grey colors, which have more subtle liveries compared to the white option. However, regardless of the color you choose, the powerful V8 engine will definitely grab attention. Unfortunately, in the US, only the white version with a race car-inspired livery is available, grey and black are not officially offered there.

The GT edition features a unique brake vent on the front fender and is made from carbon fiber, reducing weight compared to the standard RS6. As a performance GT model, it does not come with a sunroof and includes a distinctive rear diffuser to complement the dual roof wing inspired by racing cars. Despite the aggressive design, the engine specifications remain the same as the RS6 Avant Performance, producing around 620 horsepower and 630 lb-ft of torque.

The price for the 2025 Audi RS6 Avant GT has not been disclosed yet, but considering the standard RS6 Avant starts at approximately $130,000 and rumors suggest the GT may be priced below $200,000, it will come with a significant premium.
