Bugatti CEO Hints V16 Hybrid To Be The Next Hypercar After Chiron

In the video shared by Mate, the Chiron successor is hidden under a cover, hinting at the overall shape of the new hypercar. It seems to be an evolution of its predecessors, the Veyron and Chiron, with visible design elements like the front fender line continuing along the side and intersecting the signature ‘C’ line of Bugatti. The teaser also briefly showcases the new headlamp design.

According to reports, the new design will feature a larger horseshoe grille at the front and a rear section reminiscent of the McLaren P1, possibly an evolution of the La Voiture Noire. The interior is said to resemble a “Swiss mechanical watch.”

The highlight of Bugatti’s upcoming hypercar will be its engine, an 8.3-liter V16 hybrid expected to deliver 1800 horsepower. It will include two electric motors on the front axle and a third positioned between the engine and transmission.
