Currently available on SBX Cars is a 2018 Ford GT, presented in a stunning Frozen White color and enhanced with Sonic Blue Pearl Metallic stripes. Its interior is elegantly designed with black leather. This vehicle, having had only one owner and marketed in Canada, is practically new, as it registers just 10 kilometers (~6 miles) on the odometer.

This Ford GT boasts Sonic Blue Pearl Metallic stripes and comes with numerous premium enhancements. It includes six-point harness anchors, a matte carbon-fiber exterior package, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, striking red brake calipers, 20-inch Satin Silver alloy wheels, and an Akrapovič titanium exhaust system.

The interior boasts the Dark Energy package, featuring Sparco seats made of black leather and carbon-fiber, exposed carbon-fiber door trim, and adjustable pedals along with a steering column. Other highlights include automatic climate control, a touchscreen infotainment unit, paddle shifters, and a customizable digital instrument panel.

The second-generation Ford GT made an impressive entrance at the 2015 North American International Auto Show, showcasing Ford’s talent in creating a high-performance, mid-engine sports car. It was designed to excel on racetracks, particularly at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The car is powered by a robust twin-turbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine that generates 647 horsepower and is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds and achieve a maximum speed of 216 mph.

Engineers prioritized weight reduction and aerodynamics when designing the GT, resulting in bodywork that enhances airflow to aid cooling and downforce. Stopping power comes from advanced six-piston carbon-ceramic brakes at the front and four-piston calipers at the back. The vehicle includes fixed seats along with an adjustable pedal box and steering system tailored for the driver. Its carbon-fiber chassis, adjustable suspension, and innovative aerodynamic features, such as an airbrake and front winglets, equip the GT to perform impeccably on the track.

The GT’s look was groundbreaking, featuring a design that focused on being light and aerodynamic, with unique flying buttresses that improve airflow and increase downforce. Due to the high level of interest, Ford set up a stringent application procedure, selecting buyers carefully and insisting on long-term ownership. Only 1,350 units were made by 2022, making this model even more exclusive and rare compared to the 2005-2006 GT.
