The production of this enhanced version of the GT350 lasted until 2020 when the final GT350Rs were created to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the GT350.
The 2020 GT350R carries on the legacy with its focus on track performance, utilizing Ford’s modern advancements, especially showcased by the remarkable Voodoo V8 engine. This 5.2L all-aluminum, double overhead cam powertrain produces 526 HP and a unique exhaust sound, thanks to its flat-plane crankshaft and the ability to rev up to 8,250 RPM.

Additionally, the 2020 model offered a Heritage Edition Package for both the Mustang Shelby GT350 and GT350R.
