Ferrari introduced the SA APERTA at the 2010 Paris International Motor Show as a special limited-edition model. Only 80 units of this car were produced to celebrate Pininfarina’s 80th anniversary. The car is named “SA” in honor of Sergio and Andrea Pininfarina, who have played a significant role in the success of Ferrari’s road cars.
The SA Aperta is equipped with a 6.0L V-12 engine that can rev up to 8,500 RPM and delivers a powerful 661 HP and 488 lb-ft of torque. It features a paddle-shifted 6-speed F1 Superfast transmission for quick and seamless gear changes. The car also comes with the F1 Trac magnetorheological suspension system and Brembo carbon-ceramic disc brakes for superior performance. It can go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.35 seconds and has a top speed of 208 mph, which is identical to the GTO.
The SA Aperta has a beautifully crafted interior, with premium materials like leather, carbon-fiber, and Alcantara used throughout. The attention to detail can be seen from the dashboard to the spacious trunk.
