Established in Los Angeles in 2009, Singer is well-known worldwide for customizing Porsche 911 sports cars. Using 964-series 911s as a base, each vehicle undergoes a meticulous process where it is disassembled to its steel structure, strengthened by welding, and enhanced with carbon-fiber components such as the fenders, bumpers, front hood, and rear decklid. The front spoiler, lower rear valance, and rocker panels are made of black textured urethane.
Every customized Porsche 911 by Singer is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece tailored to the specific preferences of the owner, ensuring a unique and personalized vehicle, like the Niseko Commission currently available for purchase on Bring A Trailer.
The Niseko Commission, which is based on a 1991 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 Targa, is completed in Onyx Green Metallic with a detachable targa panel covered in Oyster canvas. The exterior features include a centrally located external fuel filler cap on the hood, nickel-plated bumperettes, Champagne Nickel-plated accents, 17” Fuchs-style forged aluminum wheels with staggered widths and Champagne Nickel spokes, and rear badging in 24k gold.
The interior features light gray leather with woven accents on the Recaro seats and door panels. Singer adds Nubuck trim on the dashboard and pillars for a luxurious feel. Modern amenities such as air conditioning, power windows, and navigation are also part of the package.
The vehicle is equipped with a 4.0-liter flat-six engine produced by Ed Pink Racing Engines in Los Angeles, generating 390 horsepower and 315 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a close-ratio six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential.
