Reports suggest that the Sultan of Brunei possesses an impressive collection of over 5000 luxury cars, some of which are unique and specially customized to his preferences. Among these extravagant vehicles are gold-plated limousines and custom-branded cars.
One particular standout in his collection is the Ferrari FX, a bespoke creation that underwent significant modifications to tailor it to the Sultan’s taste. This model, based on the Ferrari Testarossa, is powered by a 4.9-liter flat-twelve engine delivering 440 HP and features a 7-speed sequential transmission from the Williams Formula One team.
The Ferrari FX boasts a striking design with body panels crafted from aluminum and carbon fiber, including elements like the hood, doors, and wheel wells. Notably, the rear end has been redesigned, accompanied by a new exhaust system, hinting at potential engine enhancements.
Only nine Ferrari FX cars were ever produced, with six of them finding their way to the Royal Family of Brunei, highlighting the exclusivity of this vehicle in their lavish car collection.
