The Mazda MX-5 Miata has made headlines for all the right reasons. It is not a car that takes in just the hype but one that is truly very gifted and loved. In 2020, it promises to get things done in a much better way and we anticipate it will record even higher sales.
It is, without exaggeration, an excellent sports car that the company has chosen to place in the class of quintessentially affordable cars. With its modern-day roadster taste, the Miata is poised for greater heights.
Part of what makes the Miata’s tune lovely to listen to is its ability to handle winding roads with zeal and unmatched enthusiasm. In the end, any fun-loving driver takes home a bloated memorable driving experience.
Mazda decided to retain this small car’s Skyactiv-G 2.0-liter engine. It does 181 horsepower (135 kilowatts) and 151 pound-feet (205 Newton-meters) of torque. It is paired to a smoothly responsive six-speed manual gearbox or a six-speed automatic with paddle shifters.
Perhaps feeling that the vehicle is sufficiently refreshed, Mazda increased prices across the board. The new model kicks off at a price tag of $26,580 for the entry-level Sport trim that has a manual gearbox. Things go further north depending on the trim and choice of an optional package.
Communication on the dash is made cool by the intuitive touchscreen and the knob, as well as hard buttons, make things even more exciting. Each Miata has as standard, Bluetooth connectivity (for both phone and streaming audio functions) and a CD player.
There aren’t many cars that will perform as well as the Miata in so many aspects without getting rudimentary expensive. The ability of the Miata to keep things on the low side that catapulted it to a competitor worth watching.
