Rimac C-Two Electric Hypercar and its Lightning Speed

The Rimac C-Two electric hypercar has stirred quite a buzz among car enthusiasts. The company has now shared more about its development and progress.

Rimac has tested the first series of prototypes focusing on dynamics, powertrain, and safety. The Croatian company is in the final development stage, with pre-production set to begin early this year.

A total of 17 prototypes will be created, each serving different testing purposes. These tests range from chassis rigidity to autonomous driving capabilities, highlighting the car’s advanced features.

The vehicle is anticipated to boast an impressive 1,888 horsepower and 1,696 pound-feet of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 1.85 seconds. Its top speed is estimated at 256 mph.

The hypercar is equipped with a powertrain that offers a range of 404 miles on a single charge, making it both powerful and efficient.

Rimac plans to produce only 150 C-Two models, priced at $2 million each, all of which have already been reserved. This achievement is remarkable considering Rimac’s relatively recent establishment and signifies a major milestone for the company.
