After a 12-year wait, Automobili Lamborghini SpA has unveiled the highly anticipated successor to the Aventador: the Lamborghini Revuelto. This new model is a significant milestone in the brand’s 60-year history as it features Sant’Agata’s first production hybrid, V12. Although previous limited edition models such as the Sian and the Countach LPI 800-4 had a supercapacitor, the Revuelto is different as it is not limited and is a regular production model. While clients won’t receive their cars until the end of 2023 or early 2024, press and dealer demonstrator cars will be made available soon. The pictures and videos of the Linea Revuelto in Sant’Agata suggest that production is in full swing.
Lamborghini plans to produce 200 ‘first edition’ Revuelto models for clients who want to secure an early allocation of their car. However, there is a catch: they must choose from one of eight predetermined configurations and cannot choose any options. They will have to select from a predetermined list of eight colors, each of which comes with a specific set of fixed options. The Viola Pasifea model, which boasts a beautiful purple color and extensive carbon fiber both inside and out, is the most expensive version of the eight first-edition configurations.
