Ferrari’s First SUV, the Purosangue, Expected to Debut on September 13

The first official glimpse of the Ferrari Purosangue SUV was revealed in March, and details have been scarce since then. The much-anticipated unveiling of Maranello’s inaugural SUV is set for next month, though Ferrari has not yet confirmed the exact date.

Inside sources suggest that Ferrari is planning to showcase the Purosangue on September 13 at an event in Tuscany. It remains unclear whether this unveiling will be a private event or a worldwide introduction. Nevertheless, the public will soon get its first look at Ferrari’s production SUV, which is expected to bear a different name than ‘Purosangue’.

Leaked images of the vehicle exhibit a design influenced by Ferrari’s supercar lineup, with headlamps reminiscent of the SF90 Stradale and a rear end that evokes the Roma.

Powering the Purosangue will be a naturally aspirated V12 engine putting out around 800 horsepower. Speculation hints at Ferrari producing a limited quantity of V12 Purosangue SUVs initially, with later versions possibly incorporating the V6 hybrid engine from the 296 GTB model.
