There is a car by Alfa Romeo that you must know about, for it is indeed such a gifted performer and a well-tuned sports saloon. It is the Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce Ti.
This one has only one Powertrain to pick on, a 2-liter turbocharged petrol four-cylinder engine that zooms with 276 bhp at 5,250 rpm, and 295lb ft of torque from 2,250 rpm.
The Veloce Ti changes its game from the visual perspective of things and not really on the mechanical front. The engine, after all, is the same as that of the regular Veloce.
Visually, however, this Veloce is way too close to the lovely Quadrifoglio. This means you are handed over the same 19-inch telestial alloy wheels, carbon fiber mirror caps as well as red brake calipers. You can also pick from a range of Quadrifoglio-inspired colors.
Alfa says that the Guilia has so much more to bring about in 2020. Among the things expected in this range is a lot more autonomous technology.
Alfa claims that its advancement for autonomous driving in this car is stretched to as far as the regulations go, which is currently defined at Level 2, without any further advancement. The center console is a premium piece of work both in look and feel and more instruments have been digitized.
The infotainment screen is larger at 7.0 inches and can be operated either as a touchscreen or through a rotational switch set just behind the new leather-covered gear lever. Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity are standard and so are the bi-xenon headlights.
Not only is the Alfa Romeo a car that has great handling but also one that brings lots of admirable features that will no doubt endear it to enthusiasts even the more.
