The Shelby Supercars(SSC) Tuatara Is An Insane Car In Al Dimensions

The Shelby Supercars(SSC) Tuatara is planning to take on the world with its own rules. Could it be the world’s fastest road-legal hypercar? Only time will tell, but it has all the gifts to allow it to achieve this and so much more.

It has been a decade since the SSC Tuatara gave hints of its greatness. The world has been waiting in bated breath and it is clear things are now headed in the right direction.

Gifted with a twin-turbo V8 engine that takes in 5.9 liters, this magnificent car promises to deliver no less than 1,300 hp riding on regular horsepower. It can raise the numbers to 1,750 hp if it consumes E85.

As expected, this is a car with all the hallmarks of great engineering including a computerized manual transmission that handles you various power modes. SSC targets to make just 100 units of the Tuatara, with each piece selling at $1.6 million.

The company further says there are plenty of options for customers and they can pick whatever suits them to affix on their unit of choice. The company further reports that it has orders to keep them busy all the way to mid-2020.

The Tuatara is the kind of supercar no one minds being associated with. Designed by the outstanding Jason Castriota, the Tuatara is smooth inside out.

It opens its arms to display its fighter-jet-inspired shape as nothing but the greatest piece of work. It is draped on a carbon monocoque, helping to keep its weight at just 2,750 lb.
