The $3 Million Aston Martin Goes From Illegal To Road Legal

Some of us own cars, others own the Aston Martin Vulcan, an 811hp car that boasts of a naturally -aspirated 7.0 V12 engine. This car is primarily a race track car.

There are only 24 of them in the wide wild world and it doesn’t bother owners that at $3 million, they can’t freely drive them on the road. This is a car whose after-sale-services includes a driver to teach you how to handle!

But one man decided to do something different on this car, focusing on making it road legal. You see, the undertaking in itself makes you question the whole decision of purchasing the car in the first place.

Why buy a $3 million worth of a car and then pay several more dollars to tweak it for road legal use? Anyway, that’s what distinguishes real enthusiasm and thrill!

Among changes that this car had to endure were a new carbon-fiber splitter, additional headlights and even a change in engine specs for emission compliance purposes. This means that lots of work went to changing the gear ratios, altering the suspension and even a change on the side mirrors.

Wipers,turn-signal indicators, a new set of windows and of course the license plate were part of the job too. These are privileges for die-hard fans and enthusiasts. They are costly but can’t compare to the satisfaction that the owner finally gets when he rides such a car in the neighborhood.
