The Corvette Z06 demonstrates remarkable performance on the circuit. Despite a few instances of oversteer, the car maintains stability throughout the lap, showcasing sharp turn-in capabilities.
The soundtrack of the lap features the distinctive roar of the 5.5-liter V8 engine positioned at the center. With 636 horsepower and 439 lb-ft of torque, the European Z06 lags slightly behind its US counterpart in power output. Consequently, the EU version is a second slower in accelerating to 60 mph.
At the conclusion of the lap, the Corvette Z06 achieves a time of 1 minute and 49.1 seconds at Hockenheim.
