When Mercedes-Benz had a collaboration with McLaren, they produced around 1500 Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLRs. As such, these became rare gems that could be had with lots of pride if not a little chest-thumping. But then there is the Mercedes-Benz SLR Stirling Moss edition for which only 75 were ever produced.

They become the cars to celebrate the end of the collaboration of these acclaimed automakers. In November 2018, one of this rare Benz went up for grabs in Germany and was set to fetch a colossal $3 million.
