The newly remodeled 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 has a lot of likable updates that make it a more friendly and well-throughout vehicle from General Motors. It carries a new bolder bodywork more enhanced and completely redesigned frame.
If it comes with all its promises, it should be a lighter and more capable vehicle than the outgoing machine. What makes it lighter? A number of things actually and particular materials used for the hood, doors, and tailgate.
However, the roof, fenders, and bed are made of steel, but Chevy says that the vehicle has managed to lose 450 pounds. This is a massive improvement that points to the vehicles ability to cruise faster on any friendly terrain.
Make no assumption; this vehicle is still bigger than its predecessor, with a wheelbase claiming 3.9 inches longer than the current version. On the overall truck is length 1.6 inches longer than before.
You will get the Silverado 1500 in regular cab, double cab and crew cab body styles — all offered with 4WD. This is observably a wide-range vehicle with up to eight trims available.
Details on the horsepower for the all-new Chevy are still scanty. However, it features a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six as well as 6.2-liter V-8 and the turbo-diesel engines with stop/start technology featuring up to the 10-speed automatic transmission.
