When a car manufacturer that has hit a cool 110 years wants to brag, it should be granted bragging rights without any reservations. That is an enviable milestone that tells you that we’ve been there, done that and seen it all.
For its 110th Anniversary, Bugatti has a special Bugatti Chiron Sport simply named the 110 ans Bugatti. This is a car that extends its pride from the manufacturers’ mills to the entire France nation by embodying national colors into its making. In this car, all things French are brought to life through blue (liberty), white (equality) and red which represents fraternity. But beyond this nationalism is a car that is able to do amazing things in its own rights.
This car is specially made to take us down memory lane to the 1920s with a fineness found on a two-tone finishing. It proudly shouts luxury and exclusiveness characteristics of owners of such machines back in the day.
But the modern car is also a beast of a performer. Wearing an 8.0-liter quad-turbo W-16 engine, this car gets a monumental 1,500 horsepower and 1,180 pound-feet of torque. In just 2.4 seconds, this special edition car will get you seamlessly to 60 mph. It then moves all the way to a top speed of 261 mph.
Such cars end up becoming iconic gems in the hands of collectors. The pricing is also expected to be beyond the rooftops but, hey, this is a special edition Bugatti.
